Water Damage Kitchen Makeover
Customer had water damage in their kitchen due to faulty plumbing. The water had built up under the cabinets and caused decay not just in the cabinets as well as the walls and floor. After spending close to 6 months going back and forth with the insurance company about the damages, they were finally ready to get their kitchen back.
Customer spends the following 2 months dealing with various other cabinet and remodeling companies over estimates to redo their kitchen. They were told that white shaker cabinets were going to be out of budget for what they got back from the insurance company, so the customer wanted another opinion. We were able to get the customer not just the RTA white shaker cabinets they wanted, but also move the gas line as well as the hood vent to the south wall and move the dishwasher to the east wall, which created a more comfortable and better functioning kitchen. We started the work by tearing out the remaining cabinets they had, we also added a custom-made spice rack in a 9″ Base cabinet as well as a custom pullout trash can to the left of the sink cabinet because the RTA cabinets did not come with these additions.
The entire project from start to finish took us only 2 weeks, with actually in home work being only 5 days. Mona, I hope you enjoy your new kitchen with your family and make many memorable dinners for you guys for years to come.
